Slowly repeat, with attention to each word

I am peace, I am joy, I am love  (3 times or more)

Repeat each line 3 times or more, pausing between each repetition until you feel the words within

 

I am Peace

I am Joy

I am Love

I am Love

I am Love

 

Now repeat each word until you feel that condition within yourself

 

Repeat – Peace…Peace…Peace…Peace until you feel Peace

Then Repeat – Joy…Joy…Joy…Joy until you feel Joy

Then Repeat – Love…Love…Love…Love until you feel Love

 

Once done, allow yourself to bathe in those feelings

When you are ready to end your meditation, feel appreciation for the experience

 

Set a regular schedule to meditate
