Loving Kindness
Loving Kindness Technique - (increased confidence and positive emotion)
Imagine experiencing complete wellness and inner peace and love
Focus on inner peace and love
Watch your breath and allow it to remove all tension from yourself
Repeat three or four positive phrases such as:
I am happy
I am safe
I am healthy
I appreciate all that I have
Absorb yourself in those feelings
You can also project those feelings onto others:
You are happy
You are safe
You are healthy
You appreciate all that you have
Perform this exercise for 10 minutes or more twice a day and when you feel done, take another moment to reflect on and appreciate your sense of wellness so that you can recall it throughout the day when you feel it will be beneficial for you to do so
