OM Chant Technique - (Connecting with your Inner Self)

Slowly and internally chant OM (pronounced AUM) repeatedly

 

NOTE:  If it helps you can begin by chanting OM quietly to yourself to listen to the chanting with the ear

Then reduce the volume of your chanting until it is internal, without external sound…

 

Perform this exercise for 10 minutes or more twice a day
