Raja Yoga

Raja Yoga Technique - (increased focus, inner connection)

 

Focus on your breath or another point of focus (sometimes a lit candle is used for this)

 

Allow your thoughts to pass without ownership or judgement

             

After your attention is under control, develop one thought upon which to focus – a positive thought such as “I am a peaceful soul”

              

Perform this exercise for 10 minutes or more twice a day
